SHOWTIME IS THIS SUNDAY! Please give yourself time to setup. We have paid for the space to give you plenty of time for setup. Show opens at 9am on Sunday.
Saturday Setup Times are: 2pm thru 9pm.

Location of Space:
You will enter the convention center area from LIME St. after turning OFF Sikes Blvd (also known as Kathleen Blvd. Exit 31 off I-4). The loading ramp is all the back around the back of the building.
SHOW TIMES:
Sunday 9am-4pm.
Wristbands, Parking Passes:
When you arrive to setup, talk with Shawn or Jeff to be shown where your table is for setup.
Parking Passes: Are not needed for this venue. We have bought out the parking for the weekend. Vendor wristbands will be given out on Saturday morning prior to the show.
PACKING UP/CLOSING:
Please DO NOT pack up your space until at least 30 min prior to closing on Sunday. Doing so creates a disruption in the show and can create a “domino” effect around you of others packing up. We collect money at the door for the show until 30 min prior to closing.
We HAVE had to give refunds because vendors were packing up their tables 45 min+. If you pack up your table prior to closing you risk losing last minute sales as well as future opportunities to setup. Please don’t do it.
Saturday Vendor Setup Food & Games at Jeff’s house
Because of this year being a 1 Day Show – I am not going too big this year, but I will have pizza and wings, and drinks at my house on Saturday night if you want to come out and mingle for a bit AFTER 6pm.
Please let me know you plan to come so I can buy enough food for everyone.
