SHOWTIME IS THIS WEEKEND!
FRIDAY SETUP: 6pm (possibly 5pm) thru 10pm.
SATURDAY SETUP TIMES: 6:30am – 9am
SUNDAY (SHOW DAY): 8am-9am

Saturday & Sunday: 9am-4pm
Vendor Wristbands:
When you arrive to setup (SATURDAY), we will pass out vendor wristbands prior to the event for your table. UNLESS you have a Super Vendor badge. Which you won’t need one.
Vendor Parking & Load-in:
Please park in the marked VENDOR & GUEST area marked on the map below You will UNLOAD in the back of the show space. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO THROUGH GLASS DOORS.
PACKING UP/CLOSING:
Please DO NOT pack up your space until at least 30 min prior to closing on Sunday. Doing so creates a disruption in the show and can create a “domino” effect around you of others packing up. We collect money at the door for the show until 30 min prior to closing.
We HAVE had to give refunds because vendors were packing up their tables 45 min+. If you pack up your table prior to closing you risk losing last minute sales as well as future opportunities to setup. Please don’t do it.
