SHOWTIME IS THIS WEEKEND!
SHOW TIMES: 9AM-4PM EACH DAY
FRIDAY SETUP TIMES: 4pm-9pm
SATURDAY Setup Times are (UPDATED): 7am – 9am.
SUNDAY Vendor Refresh: 8am-9:00am
NOTE! – Updated: We have paid the venue more to allow vendors to setup at 7am vs 8am. However PLEASE take advantage of our FRIDAY NIGHT setup time. We had to pay the city hundreds of dollars per hr to have Friday.
We WILL OPEN at 9AM on Saturday… b

Vendor Wristbands:
When you arrive to on SATURDAY, talk with Jeff to be shown where your table is for setup. We will give you vendor wristbands before the show opens.
Vendor Parking:
There is plenty of parking in front of the venue. Please leave spaces in front of door for customers on Saturday & Sunday.
PACKING UP/CLOSING:
Please DO NOT pack up your space until at least 30 min prior to closing on Sunday. Doing so creates a disruption in the show and can create a “domino” effect around you of others packing up. We collect money at the door for the show until 30 min prior to closing.
We HAVE had to give refunds because vendors were packing up their tables 45 min+. If you pack up your table prior to closing you risk losing last minute sales as well as future opportunities to setup. Please don’t do it.
